Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item must be in the original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Items that are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect size or wrong item delivered
To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Customized products
- Final sale items
