1. Introduction

Welcome to Prime Stitch. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our men’s clothing service. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

Prime Stitch provides:

  • Men’s clothing (shirts, trousers, jeans, kurtas, waistcoats, winter wear, etc.)

  • Online order booking via website / WhatsApp / phone

  • Home delivery across Pakistan

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) & online payments

  • Exchange and return facility

3. Pricing (PKR)

  • All prices on Prime Stitch are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Prices are final and inclusive of all taxes.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

  • JazzCash / EasyPaisa (where available)

5. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed after verification.

  • We may cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing error.

  • You will be notified via call or message if any issue occurs.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your city.

  • Delivery charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Prime Stitch is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

8. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return or exchange accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Conditions:

    • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

    • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Innerwear, socks, vests

    • Customized or altered products

9. User Responsibilities

As a customer of Prime Stitch, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate name, address, and phone number

  • Not misuse our services

  • Accept minor color variations due to screen display

10. Limitation of Liability

Prime Stitch shall not be liable for:

  • Minor color differences (screen vs. actual product)

  • Any damage to product after delivery

  • Delays caused by third-party courier services

11. Privacy Policy

Your personal information (name, address, phone, payment details) is:

  • Used only for order processing and delivery

  • Never shared with third parties except for delivery purposes

  • Stored securely

12. Changes to These Terms
